I spent the last two days cleaning up my sites for 2257 adherence. Ughhhhhh. The reason it took so long to do it was the fog that ran in front of my eyes I was trying to read the new regs. You can cloud over your own eyes by reading the new regs here.

I can see the point the DOJ is trying to hit, closing the loophole for secondary producers (those who host images, but don’t make em) that the 10th Circuit opened in the Sundance case. It makes things complicated. I ended up just dropping all gals that I don’t have the info on, including about 10 sets I bought from Fetish Brokers that they never agreed with me on that I NEEDED that fucking info. I’m waiting for their response (again)in light of the new regs.

Now are the new regs going to end child porn? Nope. This country doesn’t have the balls to just smoke child molesters out of hand. “They’re siiiiiiick, waaaaaaaaanh”. I downloaded child porn once from Kazaa; relax, I thot it was bondage, it wasn’t labeled right. It scared the shit out of my having that filth on my computer. I was lucky that my tenant was a cop, coz I asked him what the hell to do with it. Just delete it was my answer. It turns out there is no resource to identify locate, and capture the shitheads putting that crap out. THAT is the way to end that shit.
